Frequently Asked Questions

How does the integration with Fortnox work? expand_more

One example is the cash register and online store, which automatically send the previous day’s sales to Fortnox every night. Another example is the back office, which creates orders and, upon request, sends them to Fortnox for invoicing. From the back office, we can see whether the customer has paid the invoice and what invoice number they received from Fortnox. We have several options for sending accounting data. Some of our customers use active/dormant VAT when making entries. If you use our inventory system, the cost of goods is sent to Fortnox every night to reduce the inventory value. Here, we can work with you and your accounting firm to determine the best option and provide support along the way.

As a customer, how can I contact you? expand_more

We offer several ways to get support. As a customer, you can contact us by phone or email. If you have a cash register, on-call support is included outside of regular business hours on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Do I need a cash register? expand_more

If you sell goods or services for cash or by credit card for an amount not exceeding four price base amounts, including VAT, during a 12-month fiscal year, you are not required to have a manufacturer-certified cash register. In that case, cash sales are considered to be of an insignificant amount. Four price base amounts for the year 2024 equal 229,200 kronor (4 × 57,300 kronor). Examples of cash sales include payments made with bills and coins, gift cards, coupons that the business redeems at another business, and similar transactions. Payments made with a debit or credit card, as well as other electronic payment services such as Swish, are considered credit card payments.

If you are not required to have a manufacturer-certified cash register, you are also not required to provide a receipt. However, it may still be advisable to be able to provide a receipt to the customer.
